We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of residential, small commercial, and mixed-use projects throughout Westminster and the greater Front Range. This role is ideal for a survey professional who enjoys hands-on project work, local projects, and collaboration with engineers, architects, and municipalities.
What You'll DoPerform boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, improvement, and construction surveys
Support residential subdivisions, infill developments, small commercial, and mixed-use sites
Conduct field data collection using GPS, robotic total stations, and conventional surveying equipment
Prepare and review plats, legal descriptions, exhibits, and survey deliverables
Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and internal project teams
Ensure work complies with Colorado surveying standards and local jurisdiction requirements
Assist with project scheduling, quality control, and mentoring junior staff as needed
5–10 years of land surveying experience, with a strong focus on residential and small commercial projects
Solid knowledge of Colorado surveying practices, boundary law, and local municipal requirements
Proficiency with survey software (Civil 3D, Trimble, Carlson, or similar)
Field-to-finish experience preferred
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
LSIT or PLS in Colorado preferred (or on track toward licensure)
Stable workload focused on local projects — minimal travel
Collaborative, tight-knit team environment
Exposure to a variety of residential and mixed-use developments

= Compensation: $58,000 – $75,000, depending on experience
