About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of residential, small commercial, and mixed-use projects throughout Westminster and the greater Front Range. This role is ideal for a survey professional who enjoys hands-on project work, local projects, and collaboration with engineers, architects, and municipalities.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct field data collection using GPS, robotic total stations, and conventional surveying equipment

  • Prepare and review plats, legal descriptions, exhibits, and survey deliverables

  • Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and internal project teams

  • Ensure work complies with Colorado surveying standards and local jurisdiction requirements

  • Assist with project scheduling, quality control, and mentoring junior staff as needed

What We're Looking For
  • 5–10 years of land surveying experience, with a strong focus on residential and small commercial projects

  • Solid knowledge of Colorado surveying practices, boundary law, and local municipal requirements

  • Field-to-finish experience preferred

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • LSIT or PLS in Colorado preferred (or on track toward licensure)

Why This Role

  • Collaborative, tight-knit team environment

  • Exposure to a variety of residential and mixed-use developments

  • Competitive compensation with room for growth

= Compensation: $58,000 – $75,000, depending on experience

= Full-time | On-site / Local Field Work
