Travel Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Blue Frog Roofing, a leader in the commercial roofing industry, is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This position is crucial in managing and overseeing roofing projects across various locations, requiring some degree of travel. As a Commercial Roofing Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of commercial insulated wall panel projects on‑site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and safety standards.
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control across multiple job sites.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as scaffolding and heavy equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and ensure quality workmanship.

• Proven experience in construction managing large‑scale commercial paneling projects.
• Large commercial experience preferred;
  Federal and Military experience a huge plus.
• Insulated Wall Panel installation experience.
• Standing Seam and Metal roofing experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of roofing systems.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and working with schematics for complex projects.
• Hands‑on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation (including cranes or lifts), and fabrication techniques.
• Strong background in construction site management with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active job sites.
• Valid license or equivalent preferred for travel purposes.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams across multiple locations.
• Flexibility to travel frequently between job sites while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
