Are you currently working for a specialty trenchless contractor and ready to step into a senior position where you will help shape bid strategy, mentor others, and operate alongside executive leadership?

The Senior Trenchless Estimator plays a pivotal role within BT Construction’s Estimating and Preconstruction division. Working directly alongside senior leadership and reporting to the Director of Estimating & Business Development, this individual will lead complex Alternative Delivery pursuits throughout Colorado.

You will take ownership of major bids, shape pursuit strategy, and act as a technical and commercial leader within a tight-knit estimating team. In addition to delivering winning projects, you will mentor junior staff and contribute to the continued development of the department.

• Must have Micro Tunneling and TBM (Tunnel Bore Machine) project experience
• Must be able to lead Alternative Delivery bids/projects (Design-Build, CMGC etc.)
• Must be tech/software savvy and easily trained on Bid2
  
  Win. HCSS Heavy Bid, InEight, and/or Bluebeam software experience desirable but not essential
• Must be willing to help mentor other members of the team
• Must be willing to work in the office 5 days per week
