Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for a Crane Operator to support work on various projects throughout the Colorado mountain area. The first assignment will be on a water treatment plant located in Montrose, CO near Delta.

• Perform crane operations involving travel, safe setups, foundation evaluation for stability, support with all critical pick work plans and daily pre-shift crane inspections.
• Perform tasks involving strenuous manual labor on water and heavy concrete construction projects
• Must know operating procedures for loading and unloading materials
• Inspect and maintain crane to ensure safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Plan and pace own work efficiency to meet daily, weekly, project, or team related productivity goals
• Bring problems to the attention of the Foreman, Safety Manager or Human Resources

• Requires a Crane Certification (NCCCO)
• Must be certified to operate a hydraulic, rough terrain crane
• Two (2) years driving experience and a minimum of one (1) year experience operating a Crane, or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience
• Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly
• Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends if required to meet project schedule

• Salary- $45.00 - $50.00 per hour based on experience
