Our Sales Consultants are trusted guides for homeowners, contractors, and builders turning high-value, pre-qualified leads into booked jobs. You’ll walk job sites, prepare estimates, and collaborate with project managers to bring client visions to life. If you’re confident, organized, and love the idea of selling quality work in a beautiful place, this might be a great future fit.

• 2+ years of sales experience (construction, home services, or design background is a plus)
• Strong communicator who earns trust quickly
• Confident estimating and presenting to clients
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently
• Familiarity with painting, remodeling, or construction is helpful
• Tech comfortable (CRM tools, estimating software, etc.)
• Based in Summit County or planning a move to the area
