Salary: $17.50 to $21 per hour

Location:

Timnath, Colorado

Schedule:

Monday through Friday full time with no weekends

The Learning Experience in Timnath is hiring a joyful and energetic Floater Teacher to support multiple classrooms and age groups. This role is ideal for a flexible, team oriented educator who enjoys variety and making a positive impact wherever support is needed.

• Provide classroom coverage and support across multiple age groups including preschool
• Create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment for children
• Support social, language, cognitive, and motor development through play based learning
• Assist with daily routines including meals, transitions, and classroom activities
• Communicate positively with families and team members
• Implement The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Maintain clean, organized, and joyful classroom spaces

Must meet Colorado PDIS requirements at Level 2 or higher. Verification required prior to hire.

Pyramid Plus or Infant and Toddler Certification is a strong plus but not required

• Experience in childcare, preschool, or early childhood education preferred
• Positive, adaptable, and reliable with strong attention to safety
