Accounts Receivable Specialist Opportunity! (Job #: 3023304)

Broomfield, CO

Onsite requirement:
Must work 5 days a week onsite.

Duration: 6‑month contract to start.

Pay: $28.50/hr.

Drug Test Required and Background Check Required.

• 2+ years working in a high volume accounts receivable environment
• Experience using an ERP software such as Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains or Microsoft Business Central
• Experience using Excel
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Telecom billing experience is preferred

• Contact customers over the phone or email to collect overdue outstanding balances
• Answer inbound customer billing inquiries via phone and email
• Record cash receipts: ACH wire transfers, credit card and lock box payments
• Process sales order, purchase orders, and shipping documents
• Reconcile AR sub ledgers for customers
