Responsibilities
- Own and grow strategic Industrial accounts; build and maintain deep relationships with key client stakeholders in engineering, procurement, product, and executive levels.
- Identify cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion opportunities aligned with client roadmaps.
- Collaborate with internal solution architects, delivery teams, and product managers to craft tailored solutions.
- Drive account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and long-term growth strategies.
- Track market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of opportunities.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement through proactive support and communication.
- Bachelors degree; MBA is an advantage.
- 10+ years of account management / business development experience, with at least 5+ years in the Industrial industry.
- Proven track record of growing revenue in large strategic accounts.
- Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
