If you know how to run a deal from start to finish but hate spending your days hunting for clients, this might be the role for you.

Were looking for an experienced Business Transaction Advisor to join our team and take charge of managing deals once they're engaged. You'll be working with serious business owners who have already come into our process through our front-end team. Your focus is execution, not prospecting.

Who We Are

Were an M&A advisory firm working with hands-on entrepreneurs who have built meaningful companies and are exploring their exit options. Our approach is not the typical commission breath business brokerage. We don't throw businesses on listing sites and hope for a buyer. We run a structured, professional process where every client relationship begins with a paid assessment or short-term project that delivers results in 30 days or less.

Some projects then move forward into full sell-side engagements. Some transition into longer-term exit planning before a sale. Either way, when a deal is ready to run, you'll be the one managing it.

What You'll Do

Manage the full transaction process for sell-side clients once they are engaged

Coordinate with buyers, sellers, attorneys, CPAs, lenders, and advisors to keep deals moving

Prepare and review offering materials, buyer communications, and due diligence items

Organize data rooms and manage information flow between parties

Track deadlines, contingencies, and milestones to keep deals on schedule

Support negotiations and assist in structuring win-win transactions

Provide consistent updates and guidance to clients so they feel supported throughout the process

This is a hands-on execution role. If you like details, moving parts, and seeing deals across the finish line, this is where you belong.

Who You Are

You've worked in a business brokerage office or M&A advisory firm and understand the transaction cycle

You thrive in deal management and execution, not in prospecting for leads

You are organized, disciplined, and comfortable with financial documents and due diligence

You know how to communicate with entrepreneurs, buyers, and professionals at a high level

You're steady under pressure and can keep multiple deals moving at the same time

You enjoy being the person who gets things done behind the scenes and in front of clients

You'll work with serious business owners and qualified buyers, not tire kickers.

Compensation

This is a performance-based role. There is no base salary. You are paid on the successful execution of client engagements. The better you run deals, the more you earn.

We reward outcomes, not effort. If you can manage transactions with precision and professionalism, your earnings will reflect it.
