Sr. Procurement Buyer

We are seeking a Sr. Procurement Buyer in our Broomfield, CO location.

• Establish and drive procurement of materials and services in support of business requirements.
• Conduct procurement activities, including RFQ processes, supplier selection, purchase order placement, monitor deliveries and services, and track supplier performance.
• Support the procurement strategy through data alignment, analytics, visualization, and reporting.
• Work with Technical and Functional teams on requirements, need dates, and support projects and business goals and milestones.
• Manage supplier communication and ensure acknowledgment of purchase orders, accurate delivery confirmation within quoted lead‑times, and coordinate past‑due deliveries.
• Work with suppliers and Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment under agreed terms.
• Lead deployment and implementation of new procurement initiatives and systemic continuous improvements.

• Bachelor’s Degree Minimum.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Procurement.
• Due to contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status.
• Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates who are People's Republic of China or Russian nationals must also be U.S. citizens.

• Experience in procurement of technical goods and services.
• Experience with the deployment of MRP in SAP systems.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• High bias for action with creative problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
• Desire to work in a fast‑paced, engaging, and rewarding environment.
• Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of leadership.
• Detail and action‑oriented, ability to delineate information into manageable components.
• Ability to multitask with flexibility, accuracy, and speed.

The pay range for this role is $91,000 – $114,000 annually
. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications.
