The Merchandise Coordinator for Crocs, Inc., supports the Global Category Management team. They help accomplish strategies for Crocs’ accessories, Jibbitz charms, and other emerging categories. In this role, you will maintain accurate product information, organize and manage samples, and play an active part in bringing new and seasonal products to life. As a highly collaborative teammate, you will coordinate across multiple functions and bring to bear your project management, communication, and organizational skills to deliver innovative, on-trend products.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Ensure precise and consistent product and assortment information across multiple systems and tools, including Centric, SAP. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain, update, and communicate changes to go-to-market tools in response to additions, changes, and drops to the global product line.
- Assist in sample review process through management of sample library.
- Support accurate product and line data records by partnering with Master Data Management, Product, and Development teams to ensure on-time material set‑up, accuracy, and regular auditing.
- Support the weekly add/change/drop process with product managers, development, and operations.
- Support the Global Category Management team with setup for major achievement meetings.
- Effectively communicate with cross‑functional partners globally to support the product development process.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships included), design and retail exposure is a plus.
- Desire to learn about merchandising, product, sales and/or marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, create, and document process.
- Proven ability to think and act proactively.
- Proven ability to work effectively with others and keep others on track.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and at least 2‑3 years of digital literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Exposure to wholesale or retail industry beneficial.
