We re actively seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you ll be the backbone of our office operations, handling tasks such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, taking credit card payments, and performing crucial data entry. What sets you apart is your proficiency in operating a Microsoft computer and associated programs and ability to work the copy machine, ensuring the smooth reproduction and storage of essential documents.
If you bring a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain organized records through effective filing systems, you re the right fit. CDL knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory. Join us in a role where your diverse skills will be valued and contribute to a positive work environment. Wage dependent on experience. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
- Follow up on new leads and information inquiries quickly and document in
- Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
- Data entry to contribute to company reports
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
- Learn process and answer questions regarding obtaining Commercial Driver Licenses
- Assist students as needed for funding, job placement, or other needs to make their learning environment a positive experience
- High school diploma/GED required
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
