Location: Evergreen, Colorado (In-Office with Flexibility)

Schedule: Full-time or 30 hours/week (core daytime coverage preferred)

Compensation: Competitive hourly 1099 rate

About the Role

A top-producing luxury real estate advisor is seeking a highly engaged, proactive Executive Assistant to serve as a true right hand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys bringing structure, follow-through, and consistency to a growing business.

This is not a task-only admin role. The right person will take ownership, anticipate needs, and help ensure that nothing falls through the cracks, allowing the advisor to stay focused on clients, relationships, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary administrative and operational support for a luxury real estate advisor
  • Manage inboxes, scheduling, and daily priorities
  • Coordinate client communication, including:
  • Showing summaries
  • Market/stat reports and structured follow-ups
  • Support listing preparation and execution:
  • Coordination with internal tools and external vendors
  • Act as liaison with third-party partners (website provider, marketing vendors, internal systems)
  • Maintain organized systems and workflows to ensure execution of scheduled tasks
  • Provide occasional licensed support (showing property, assisting clients) if licensed
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Prior experience supporting a real estate professional, executive, or high-level business owner
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through
  • Comfortable working in-office and collaborating closely day-to-day
  • Calm, professional communicator with sound judgment and discretion
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of detail
  • Real estate license strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing coordination, and vendor management is a plus
  • In-office role based in Evergreen, CO
  • Candidates commuting from Golden or Lakewood encouraged to apply
  • Initial in-office presence is important to learn the business and build trust
  • Flexibility may be earned over time
