Location: Austin
The Office Assistant uses experience and professionalism to support a team of Service Delivery professionals in their daily responsibilities. The position’s primary focus is to provide outstanding administrative support, while representing the Firm in a professional manner, maintaining a positive attitude and functioning as a team player.

Duties And Responsibilities- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while demonstrating initiative.
- Perform general office clerk duties and errands (e.g., post office, bank).
- Scan, copy, upload, and file documents as needed.
- Help organize and maintain common office areas.
- High-school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) required with one to two years related administrative support experience.
- Highly organized with a strong work ethic.
- Attentive and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritize with effective time management.
- Previous office experience preferred.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
Certificates And LicensesValid driver’s license required.
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment- Standard indoor working environment.
- Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer.
- Occasional long periods of standing while copying.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs.
- Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm in person and via e‑mail and telephone.
- Position requires regular interaction with clients and interface with external vendors in person and via e‑mail and telephone.
- In‑office at our Austin, TX office location.
- Part‑Time (not to exceed 29 hours a week) - Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with a flexible schedule.
- Maternity Leave Coverage from 3/2 – 6/6.
