Job Summary
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR functions and processes, including housing, that help create a positive work environment for our associates.
Responsibilities- Access all functions of computer system
- Assist in planning/coordinating associate events/activities.
- Conduct monthly safety meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of associate and Resort records.
- Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and associate morale.
- Accurate and timely completion of paperwork.
- Understand and enforce company policies.
- Assist in general HR functions and responsibilities.
- Assist in Resort housing, coordinating repairs, assist in resolving issues; routine inspections and documentation of housing/furnishings.
- Other duties as reasonably requested.
Seasonal position – $17.00 /hour

- Experience in Hospitality Industry in similar position
- Strong and effective communicator
- Professional presentation
- Previous guest relations training
- Ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers/point of sales systems.
