Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR functions and processes, including housing, that help create a positive work environment for our associates.

Responsibilities
  • Access all functions of computer system
  • Assist in planning/coordinating associate events/activities.
  • Conduct monthly safety meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of associate and Resort records.
  • Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and associate morale.
  • Accurate and timely completion of paperwork.
  • Understand and enforce company policies.
  • Assist in general HR functions and responsibilities.
  • Assist in Resort housing, coordinating repairs, assist in resolving issues; routine inspections and documentation of housing/furnishings.
  • Other duties as reasonably requested.
Compensation & Benefits

Seasonal position – $17.00 /hour

Requirements
  • Experience in Hospitality Industry in similar position
  • Strong and effective communicator
  • Professional presentation
  • Previous guest relations training
  • Ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers/point of sales systems.
