Staff Accountant

About The Staff Accountant Role

Our client is rapidly growing and adding a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities. This role is hands‑on and ideal for someone who enjoys owning the fundamentals—reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and full‑cycle AP/AR—while working in a fast‑paced environment using Net Suite.

• Prepare and post journal entries, including month‑end and adjusting entries
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations
• Record and manage accruals and prepaids
• Handle full‑cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes
  
  Maintain accurate financial records across multiple legal entities
• Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Support audits and ad hoc accounting projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience (public or industry)
• Strong experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and accrual accounting
• Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle AP and AR
• Experience working with multiple entities
• Net Suite or similar large experience required
• Solid understanding of GAAP
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
