Description
Robert Half is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to hire a Staff Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with inventory and cost accounting.
What You'll Do
+ Handle general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations.
+ Support month-end and year-end close processes.
+ Manage inventory accounting and cost analysis for manufacturing operations.
+ Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
+ Assist with audits and prepare financial statements.
What We're Looking For
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
+ 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
+ Strong knowledge of inventory and cost accounting principles.
+ SAP experience (or similar ERP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) are a plus.
+ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
