$80,000-$85,000 per year

Salary: $70,000-$85,000 base (flexibility at the top end for a candidate who brings strong project accounting experience).

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or similar
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience in a project-driven environment supporting large-scale, multi-phase projects
• Hands-on experience with job costing, WIP, and cost-based percentage-of-completion
• Experience with billing and accounts receivable tied to active projects
• Ability to manage month-end close activities for an assigned scope, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
• Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals, including debits and credits
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Quick Books experience required
• Ability to partner effectively with operations, field team, and AP teams to gather information and meet billing and close deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to review and correct one’s own work

• Experience working closely with operations or field teams in a project environment
• Exposure to sales tax and payroll accounting
• Interest in long-term growth into expanded regional responsibility or supervisory roles
