Position Summary
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm with rotating Saturdays, or until all deliveries are completed.
Schedules are subject to change based on business needs, and may require overtime.
- Drive a box truck or semi during one of our many routes while making 10-20 deliveries per day.
- Keep complete and accurate records and logs of all driving and deliveries.
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
- Lifting 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment when lifting commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Assist in the loading/unloading of trucks when needed.
- Drive to customer locations to deliver orders safely and punctually in all weather conditions.
- Work approximately 8‑12 hours per day.
- Operate a handheld device provided and ensure all deliveries are fulfilled.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, coworkers, and management.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed and follow job‑related instructions given by supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical demands: you must be qualified in visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequently lift products up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and sometimes exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handle commercial tires (rolling, destacking, team lifting) or use mechanical equipment. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL (self‑retracting lifeline).
All equipment is provided except steel/composite toe boots. Work may expose you to weather conditions, moderate noise, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.
- 23 years or older.
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) B with a good driving record in compliance with our driver policy.
- Two years of commercial motor vehicle driving experience (Class A or
B) and satisfactory completion of company road test by a qualified assessor. - Ability to be trained and safely use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high‑reach lifts, as required.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Provide quality customer service.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Pass a pre‑employment drug test.
- Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one per DOT/FMCSA guidelines during hiring.
