Title: Java Software Developer

Location: Colorado Springs, CO or Remote

Compensation Range: $145,000 – $185,000

Security Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret

• 7+ years of experience with Java and object‑oriented architecture/design
• Strong background building Java-based microservices using Quarkus or Spring
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes on AWS (EKS), Helm, Docker, and Maven
• Expertise in event‑driven architecture, Kafka, and Kafka Streams
• Deep knowledge of algorithms, data structures, Java Streams, and performance optimization
• Experience with Time Fold (Opta Planner) for constraint solving and optimization
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, observability, and cloud‑native best practices
• Comfortable working in Agile environments using Jira, Confluence, and Mattermost
