We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Manager to join our team, specializing in cloud-based web applications. In this role, you oversee the SQA team, test plans, and test processes. You will work across the application, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver modern, user-friendly, and efficient solutions for the Centracs Mobility product line.

DUTIES:
  • Provide planning and organization of testing for projects and releases.
  • Improve velocity of test cycles with a focus on time-to-market and quality.
  • Improve team processes, transparency, effectiveness, efficiency, and use of AI.
  • Define and track quality metrics (defects, test coverage, escaped defects, release readiness).
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver Azure test plans.
  • Collaborate with Dev Ops to improve test environments, data management, and deployment validation processes.
  • Integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline and ensure automated regression testing is part of every phase of every release.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with the Support team and Professional Services groups.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Transportation.
  • 2+ years in a QA leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, Git Lab CI).
  • Experience testing distributed, microservices, or cloud-based architectures.
  • Knowledge of performance, load, and security testing principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to stand, walk, squat, and bend at the waist for extended periods of time
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds (e.g., test equipment or hardware prototypes).
  • May require standing, bending, or reaching during hardware setup or lab testing.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT

COMPENSATION

The base pay range for this full-time exempt position is $ - $ per year plus benefits. Pay ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay rates for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
