WhatYou’ll Do
As an HVAC Service Technician
, you will provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and addressing their needs. Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
- 2+ years experience as a residential Service HVAC Technician
- Ability to obtain EPA and Mech 4 within 90 days for start date
- A clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with servicing HVAC systems
Average $150k
Top Performers: $180k+
Compensation based on performance measured in metrics on monthly scorecards
