HVAC Technician

$36.00- $38.00 per hour DOE

• Inspections, planned maintenance, installing various building and HVAC equipment/components
• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment and building automation controls
• Documentation of work activities and other work‑related activities
• Compliance with regulations
• Support ERT (Emergency Response Team)
• Other duties as assigned or required by the scope of work
• Ensuring the safety, health, and well‑being of yourself and your team

• HVAC experience in a commercial type setting
• Universal card needed
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Two to four years of experience as an HVAC technician
• Proficiency in the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Proficiency with Building Automation Systems (BAS) such as Siemens
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A valid driver’s license with no major infractions
• American citizenship
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance to work in a classified space
• Ability to rotate on‑call and respond to emergencies at the facility within 30 minutes while on‑call

• Experience working with municipal utility clients
• Trade school HVAC training or certificates
