The Skilled Laborer prepares and cleans construction sites, loads and unloads building materials, operates equipment, and supports skilled tradesmen. This role works closely with the Construction team and contributes to overall project execution.

• Clean and prepare the construction site for work, removing debris and potential hazards.
• Assist tradesmen in completing their skilled tasks more effectively.
• Identify utilities and watch dig crew activity to prevent utility hits.
• Clean and maintain equipment.
• Restock trucks with supplies, ensuring crews have the proper tools and materials to complete the job.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

• One year of related experience.
• CDL Class A driver’s license.

This job operates in a field environment and routinely requires extended periods of bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and operating in inclement weather (heat, cold, rain, ice, snow, wind). Employees must maintain visual acuity, hand‑eye coordination, and color discrimination to perform the essential functions of the role.
