• $30 - $35 / hour (base pay + servicing commissions + sales commissions + monthly bonuses)

Once your training is completed, you will receive a company vehicle that you can take home along with a fuel card to use while running a route. You will also receive either a company cell phone or bi-monthly reimbursement.

As a Commercial Pest Control Technician, you will inspect and perform pest control treatments for commercial customers using high-quality and environmentally responsible products. You will exemplify excellent customer service and professionalism while following a daily schedule of services.

• Utilize your business-to-business expertise on a daily basis
• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each commercial account
• Inspect and perform pest control treatments for customers using high-quality and environmentally responsible products
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers, office staff, and branch managers
• Must possess a high level of professionalism and integrity

• 1+ years of commercial experience (required)
• 2+ years of servicing experience (required)
• Pest control license (preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional customer service
  • You must be 18 or over.
• You must have a current valid driver's license.
• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• You must be clean-shaven for safety purposes (may occasionally wear a respirator).
• You must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics.
