The Master Electrician will be responsible for supervising and executing major electrical projects, ensuring compliance with all safety and code standards. You will play a key role in planning, implementing, and finishing electrical installations with precision and leadership.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

* Valid Master Electrician License in Colorado

* At least 5 years of proven experience as a Master Electrician, with a strong background in fieldwork

* Experience in residential and commercial electrical systems

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Customer-focused approach

* Willing to start immediately

* Commitment to following company regulations

* Participating in regular training sessions to stay up to date with industry standards

JOB DUTIES

* Manage and lead a team of electricians, providing training and ensuring high standards of work.

* Supervise and participate in the diagnose, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and residential settings.

* Read and understand electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.

* Perform electrical safety inspections.

* Ensure all project work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.

* Conduct and oversee project inspections and testing to ensure adherence to safety and specifications.

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers, maintaining clear and professional communication.

* Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or upgrades to customers, effectively explaining the benefits to drive sales.

* Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, including reports and records of installations and maintenance work.

* Responsible for the upkeep of the designated vehicle, equipment, and tools, and promptly report any incidents or damage to management for repair or replacement.
