HVAC Field Service Technician – $2,000 Signing Bonus | Colorado Springs, CO | Full-Time

Location:Colorado Springs, CO
Pay:Competitive, based on experience
Schedule:Monday–Friday, with on-call rotation
Work Type:In-person

We serve various industries, including telecom, medical, education, industrial, retail, and Class A commercial buildings. Due to steady growth in ourColorado region, we’re expanding ourColorado Springs service team and looking for qualified technicians along the Front Range.

• Perform emergency and preventative HVAC service
• Work on retrofit and installation projects
• Collaborate with the estimating team to provide customer bids
• Operate independently with minimal supervision

• 5+ yearsof HVAC field service experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and email proficiency
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying conditions
• Willingness to travel within the region and participate in on-call rotation

• Honest, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Must comply with the company drug testing policy
