Position: Electrical Technician Colorado Springs, CO
Electrician - Journeyman License

Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

Perform circuit component repair and/or replacement.

Install light fixtures and switches.

Install electrical receptacles.

Provide power connections for systems furniture.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for, or assist with, the following facility modification tasks:

Systems furniture demolition, installation, removal, and reconfiguration.

Carpet replacements.

Ceiling grid repair/reconfiguration.

Tracking and updating work orders in a Windows-based system.

Other tasks as assigned, such as occasional escorting of personnel.

Qualifications

Must have 8 or more years of experience with common electrical tasks and tools.

Must have a current Colorado Journeyman Electrical License.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Must work well with others in a team environment.

Familiarity with Windows-based work order systems.

Must have, or obtain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Compensation and Benefits

Legion Technical offers several compensation options. The hourly rate ranges from $30 to $55, DOE, based on the chosen compensation plan. Benefits may include PTO, health, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance, depending on the employment option selected.
