BAS Controls Technician II to support their Colorado Springs operations. This position involves installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting BAS systems, with a strong focus on Tridium Niagara. • Install, commission, and diagnose BAS systems and related hardware.
• Program BAS databases from the ground up, including rewriting sequences when needed.
• Execute commissioning tasks such as point‑to‑point testing and functional verification.
• Collaborate with installation teams on equipment startup and control terminations.
• Optimize existing BAS programs and enhance system performance.
• Apply working knowledge of HVAC systems including boilers, chillers, RTUs, AHUs, and VAVs.
• Work with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LON.
• Interpret control wiring diagrams, schematics, and electrical circuitry.
• Prepare accurate commissioning reports and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with end users, building owners, and general contractors.

• Minimum 5 years of experience installing, commissioning, and servicing BAS systems.
• Hands‑on Tridium Niagara experience required.
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment and BAS integration principles.
• Proficient in programming, database development, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with industry‑standard communication protocols.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service skills.

• Hourly rate: $40.00 – $50.00/hr
