Hiring immediately. Sunstates Security is currently hiring Armed Security Officers in Colorado Springs, CO. The pay rate is $25.00 per hour
, paid weekly. Part‑time and full‑time opportunities are available based on operational needs.

• Active Colorado Armed Security License at time of hire
• Ability to pass background screening
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Completion of psychological evaluation (required for armed positions)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
• Ability to stand, walk, and respond quickly as needed
• Available to begin work promptly

Security Officers perform duties as outlined in site‑specific Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Officers must become thoroughly familiar with all assigned directives and act quickly, professionally, and efficiently in response to incidents and client needs.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of all required screenings and licensing verification.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Denver Security Officer License.
