Job Title: Non-Armed Security Guard

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Multiple Openings)

We are seeking dependable and professional Non-Armed Security Guards to provide security services at multiple retail locations throughout Colorado Springs. The ideal candidate will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers, employees, and property while deterring theft, vandalism, and other disruptive behavior.

• Monitor retail premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security risks
• Conduct regular foot patrols and remain visible to deter criminal activity
• Observe, report, and document suspicious activity or incidents accurately
• Respond promptly and professionally to security concerns, alarms, or disturbances
• Enforce site rules, policies, and procedures in a courteous manner
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers or staff as needed
• Coordinate with store management and local law enforcement when required
• Complete incident reports and daily activity logs
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Security Guard License
• Prior security or retail loss prevention experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Reliable transportation and ability to work at multiple retail locations
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
