Be an integral part of the dynamic Philips Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC) team as an experienced Territory Manager. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this position offers the opportunity to increase market penetration and drive the growth of Philips SRC Patient Interface products and services within the Denver/W. Kansas Territory.
Responsibilities- Represent and sell Philips SRC Patient Interface portfolio of products and services in the territory, differentiating vs. competitors through consultative selling and executing defined sales messaging. Serve as the territory expert for the Philips SRC Patient Interface product and service portfolio, Care Orchestrator.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas for Patient Interface products in the territory. Execute Philips Sleep and Respiratory Care Sales and Marketing initiatives and document sales calls in Salesforce.
- Develop professional relationships with key opinion leaders, prescribing physicians, office staff, Sleep Center and DME stakeholders; promote Philips SRC Patient Interface products and services including Philips SRC Mask Selector 2D and Care Orchestrator. Request Patient Interface prescriptions and DME orders.
- Execute long-term customer purchasing agreements to achieve annual growth targets and sales quotas for the territory.
- Plan and conduct regular sales calls, prioritizing key opinion leader sleep therapy and patient interface physicians, sleep labs, and office staff. Manage time and territory effectively across top customer targets in CO & W. Kansas; typical cadence includes 4 of 5 business days in-territory.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience (B2C or medical device/home care context preferred).
- Consultative selling skills required; experience selling Sleep therapy Patient Interface products and services strongly preferred.
- Ability to drive to customer locations by auto; occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds of medical devices and frequent lifting up to 25 pounds. Travel within the territory up to 50%.
- Ability to meet the minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
We believe we are better together. Office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in company facilities. Field roles are typically performed at customers or suppliers’ locations. This is a field role.

Total Target Earnings consist of base salary plus target incentive. At 85%–120% performance, Target Earnings range from $143,000 to $164,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may vary with performance. This is one component of the Philips Total Rewards package, which includes PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more.
