Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and skilled Account Executive to focus on bringing in new clients and cross-selling to our existing clients. This role requires a motivated individual with strong sales skills, excellent customer service and the ability to identify client needs and match them with appropriate insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with current clients to identify opportunities for cross-selling insurance products.
Conduct outside sales to generate new business opportunities and bring in new clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Complete new business applications and meet sales targets.
Utilize computer systems to track interactions and manage client data effectively.
Compensation
Base salary of $40,000 per year
Commission on each new business policy brought into the agency
Additional bonus opportunities based on individual and agency performance
$1,000 sign-on bonus for P&C and Life Licensed Insurance Professionals.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Prior experience in sales, customer service and handling client interactions is preferred.
Skills:
Strong computer skills, proficient phone skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
Licensing:
Preference for candidates already holding a P&C and Life license. If unlicensed, must obtain P&C license prior to start date and Life license within 60 days (agency will reimburse the cost).
