Salary: $50,000-$60,000 base per year + commissions and bonus

Job SummaryWe are seeking a driven and skilled Account Executive to focus on bringing in new clients and cross-selling to our existing clients. This role requires a motivated individual with strong sales skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to identify client needs and match them with appropriate insurance products.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with current clients to identify opportunities for cross-selling insurance products.
- Conduct outside sales to generate new business opportunities and bring in new clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Complete new business applications and meet sales targets.
- Utilize computer systems to track interactions and manage client data effectively.
- Base salary of $40,000 per year
- Commission on each new business policy brought into the agency
- Additional bonus opportunities based on individual and agency performance
- $1,000 sign-on bonus for P&C and Life Licensed Insurance Professionals.
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. - Experience:
Prior experience in sales, customer service, and handling client interactions is preferred. - Skills:
Strong computer skills, proficient phone skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and customer service orientation. - Licensing:
Preference for candidates already holding a P&C and Life license. If unlicensed, must obtain P&C license prior to start date and Life license within 60 days (agency will reimburse the cost).
