Overview
Phil Long Ford of Motor City is growing, and we are searching for an Experienced BDC Representative to add to our team! We are paying top dollar for an Experienced Business Development Center (BDC) Representative with 3 to 5+ years' experience and a proven track record. Hourly pay: $17 plus Monthly Bonuses based on Monthly Show %, Internet Units Sold, Achieving store forecast, CSI results above Group.
Responsibilities- Respond to leads generated online by connecting with clients via phone, text, email or video.
- Build relationships with customers and schedule appointments that show up at the dealership.
- Assist with incoming Internet and Campaign leads through the Vin Solutions CRM.
- Schedule appointments and confirm them; book 7 appointments daily.
- Assist salespeople with Vin Solutions CRM training, follow-up and managing their calendars.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

We are looking for an Experienced BDC Representative with 3 to 5+ years' experience and a proven track record. Vin Solutions CRM experience is a plus. High school diploma or GED; and three to five+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CompensationSalary: $20 - $25 per hour
