Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, andother channels to generate new interest
Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads to understand their goals and challenges
Introduceourservices anddemonstratetheir value to potential clients
Maintain detailed andaccuraterecords of outreach activities, lead statuses, and communications in CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from qualified lead to onboarding
