We are a well-established local flooring company seeking a motivated Flooring Sales Associate to join our team in Colorado Springs. This role is primarily showroom-based with occasional in-home visits for measurements and project coordination. If you have a passion for sales, an eye for design, and a strong understanding of flooring products, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a fast‑paced, customer‑first business.

• Greet and assist walk‑in customers in the showroom
• Guide clients through product selection (carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, tile, etc.)
• Visit homes for measurements and install preparation
• Generate detailed quotes and follow up with leads
• Build lasting relationships with retail customers, property managers, and commercial clients
• Maintain product knowledge and showroom presentation
• Coordinate with installation teams and vendors
• Track all leads, quotes, and communications through the CRM system

• Minimum 1 year of flooring sales experience (retail, property management, or commercial)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, quoting tools)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable conducting in‑home visits for estimates
