Homeowner Sales Representative: (Colorado Springs & Pikes Peak Region) The Mission

As our Homeowner Sales Representative, you are the initial point of contact for new homeowners  are responsible for identifying, pursuing, and signing high-fit property owners in the Pikes Peak region. You aren't just selling a service; you are laying a foundation of trust with owners who are considering Renjoy to care for one of their most valuable assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    Proactively find and engage high-fit homeowners through local networking, outbound calls, and relationship building.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Convert Leads to Opportunities, Opportunities to Closed Sales.
  • Onboarding Bridge:
    You ensure that the handoff of the owner from Sales to Onboarding is seamless, building on the trust you have already established.

This Role is NOT For You If

  • You find property math or regulatory trends "boring." You must be the most knowledgeable person in the room regarding short term rentals.
  • You need to be micromanaged or told what to do every hour. We move at a fast pace and expect people to be highly productive on their own.
Functional Ownership

Purpose:

Grow Renjoy’s portfolio by generating high-fit leads, turning them into signed owners, and positioning them for long-term performance.

  • Use insights and feedback to strengthen targets, outreach, and deal structures

Results

  • Proactive Homeowner Contacts: 25+ per week.
  • Discovery Meetings Held: 6+ per week
  • Opportunities Created: 4+ per week
  • Signed Contract Value: $15,000+ per week
  • Opportunity to Closed Conversion Rate: 25%+
Requirements
  • Location:

    Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Colorado Springs area.
  • Experience:

    Proven track record in sales, business development, etc.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Short Term Rental, Real Estate or Hospitality experience is a plus
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Ability to master CRM systems and explain financial proformas.
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
  • Performance Bonus:
    Up to $30,000 - $50,000 per year in eligible performance-based bonuses
