Hiner Outdoor Living, an award-winning landscape architecture and construction firm, is hiring for a Landscaping Sales Specialist to join our growing Sales team. Founded in 2008, Hiner Outdoor Living is in the business of letting people relax and relieve the stresses of the day, outside. Our focus is on quality, customer satisfaction, creativity, and creating beautiful, functional, award-winning landscapes that inspire our clientele to get outside.

We offer a competitive base + commission compensation, as well as benefits for our Landscaping Sales Specialist at Hiner Outdoor Living, including:

  • A base pay of $50,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on experience

Requirements for our Landscaping Sales Specialist at Hiner Outdoor Living:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills and a demonstrated sales mentality;
  • A demonstrated understanding of plants, plant materials, and landscaping techniques;
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities for our Landscaping Sales Specialist at Hiner Outdoor Living:

  • Consulting with clients to understand their landscaping vision, preferences, and functional requirements, including conducting on-site meetings with clients;
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients;
  • Presenting landscape design concepts and proposals to clients;
  • Preparing accurate project estimates and quotes;
  • Scheduling pre-job walk-throughs and final walk-throughs;
  • Generating leads and identifying potential clients while also actively engaging in sales activities;
  • Working closely with team members to ensure the successful execution of design plans and project delivery.
