Role Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Build value through tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent our company and the AT&T brand professionally and courteously.
• Assist with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, which can lead to additional bonuses.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills, positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to honesty, integrity, and excellent customer service.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and residence within 30 minutes of the store.
• Proficiency with personal computers and social media presence preferred.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies.
