As an Insurance Marketing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying, contacting, and building relationships with potential clients. You will need to be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and sales skills. Your primary goal will be to understand the insurance needs of prospective clients and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and present suitable insurance solutions to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients.
• Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

• Proven experience in sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Self‑motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
