Job Description:
The Technical Sales Representative will focus on acquiring new business, expanding client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role combines hands-on client engagement, travel, and a consultative sales approach to deliver solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and secure new B2B sales opportunities.
- Create and execute customized sales strategies to meet targets.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Deliver professional product presentations to decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements.
- Partner with internal teams for client onboarding and training.
- Keep up-to-date on market trends, competitor offerings, and product innovations.
- Document activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM software.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of technical B2B sales experience in manufacturing.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Net Suite).
- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Willingness to travel 50%–70%.
