Sales Executive

We need someone who can sell what we build. Full-cycle sales: cold outreach to signed contract. You're the bridge between our technical capabilities and the clients who need them.

• Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, and strategic social presence
• Assess client needs and craft proposals that solve real problems
• Negotiate terms and close deals
• Maintain CRM records and deliver accurate pipeline reporting
• Serve as primary client liaison through project kickoff

• 2+ years B2B sales experience (digital/agency preferred)
• Proven track record closing deals independently
• Strong written and verbal communication
• CRM proficiency (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Self-directed with excellent time management

12% commission per closed project, paid in phases. Performance unlocks higher rates. Full remote flexibility.
