Sales Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Colorado Springs, CO. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle, demonstrating vehicle features, conducting test drives, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining detailed knowledge of inventory, identifying and addressing customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, and keeping accurate sales records. The role also involves participating in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques.

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and demonstrate vehicle features
• Conduct test drives and close sales
• Maintain detailed knowledge of inventory and current promotions
• Identify and address customer needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Keep accurate sales records and participate in sales meetings and training sessions

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in sales and sales management
• Ability to provide effective training
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Understanding of the automotive market and inventory management is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree is preferred
