• Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs.
• Hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius; leverage the strength of the Empire Today brand to generate additional referrals and prospecting opportunities.
• Represent a quality brand in the industry and serve customers for over 60 years.
• Work with pre-qualified leads and participate in paid training to learn the business.
• Outside Sales Consultants can earn through uncapped commissions and commission bonuses, with weekly pay patterns where applicable.

• Valid driver s license and vehicle with room for flooring sample boards; ability to drive the vehicle with sample boards
• Valid auto insurance
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions in person and virtually
• Business Development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel
