Cosmoprof Sales Associate:
By working at Cosmoprof, you would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, focused on empowering customers to express themselves through hair and beauty. The Sales Associate concentrates on creating a memorable shopping experience and advising customers on their beauty journey across hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. Cosmoprof provides training to build knowledge and skills.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Cosmoprof Culture Values.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to support customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

The position requires long periods of standing; walking; bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; ongoing lifting of moderately heavy items. The role may involve working around moving parts, carts, or machines and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
