Sales Associate – Full-Time Positions Available

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and responsible Lead Cashier who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities in our busy liquor store.

• Greet customers and deliver the highest level of customer service.
• Assist customers in finding products and making selections.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Stock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Train, supervise, and schedule cashier staff.
• Step in as shift leader when management is not present.
• Handle daily cash reconciliation and end-of-shift reporting.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist with inventory counts and receiving shipments when needed.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience required (liquor/store retail preferred).
• Proven cash-handling experience with excellent accuracy.
• Strong computer skills (POS systems, basic Excel/Google Sheets, scheduling software).
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience (preferably supervising cashiers or front-end teams).
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to lead by example.
• Verifiable professional references required.
• Ability to train, coach, and hold team members accountable.
• All standard cashier physical requirements:
  • Able to lift 50+ pounds and physically bend, stoop, lift, climb, carry, walk, and reach frequently.
  • Able to spend up to 100% of shift standing or moving around the store.
• Excellent verbal communication, basic math, and reading skills.
• Flexible availability – must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.
