We are seeking a dedicated Sales Associate at The Brand House Collective to deliver an outstanding shopping experience using Kirkland’s customer service model. The role involves supporting all aspects of operations, merchandising, and customer interaction, while working with the management team to drive sales growth.

• Supports and values Customer Service in both the in-store and online (ship-to-store) shopping experience.
• Actively engages with customers, modeling exceptional selling behaviors.
• Greets every customer with enthusiasm, maintaining a positive, can‑do attitude at all times.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds appropriately.
• Educates each customer on loyalty programs, current promotions and merchandise assortment to support building the basket.
• Supports the company’s branding at all times by treating all customers and co‑workers respectfully and professionally, while supporting a common goal.
• Achieves or exceeds goals associated with company initiatives and programs.
• Assists in the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Assists in maintaining an efficient and organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Assists in maintaining merchandise presentation, pricing and inventory accuracy.

• Must be able to ascend/descend a ladder to retrieve and stock products on shelves or hang overhead banners/products.
• Frequently positions self to retrieve and stock products in the stockroom and sales floor, and to place merchandise in bags.
• Must be able to constantly stand and move around the store for prolonged periods to greet and assist customers.
• Must be able to frequently communicate with customers in person, electronically, and telephonically.
• Must be able to frequently move merchandise 50 pounds or more to and from the stockroom to sales floor.
• Must be able to operate a Point of Sale system, registers and handheld devices efficiently and accurately.
