Quality Assurance Supervisor

In this role, you’ll lead a hands-on quality team, ensuring our products meet the highest standards for safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead and manage our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, UL standards, and customer requirements.
• Oversee UL certification processes, including UL 94, UL 508A, and component certifications.
• Prepare for and manage internal, external, and customer audits.
• Supervise quality inspections for PCBs, electronic assemblies, and precision sheet metal parts.
• Maintain all quality documentation — control plans, work instructions, specifications, and compliance records.
• Lead root cause analyses and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Analyze key quality metrics (yield, defect rates, customer returns) and present actionable insights.
• Mentor and develop a dedicated QA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of quality assurance experience in electronics manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and experience leading certification efforts.
• Hands-on experience with UL certifications (UL 94, UL 508A).
• Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600) and RoHS compliance.
• Strong skills in root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities at all levels of the organization.
• Experience inspecting precision sheet metal components and assemblies.
• Knowledge of DMT/DFR processes and RMA handling.

• CQA certification (Certified Quality Auditor).
• ERP and QMS software experience.
• Background in high-reliability electronics manufacturing.

Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 per year
