Salary $100,000 - $120,000 per year.

We have over 40 years of experience as a "Made in the USA" Electronic Manufacturing company serving multiple industries in North America.

Due to growth, we’re seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor with expertise in ISO 9001, certifications, and manufacturing standards. This role offers the opportunity to lead a quality-focused team and drive continuous improvement to ensure products meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.

• Supervise and lead the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for the audit of manufacturing processes, materials, and products to identify areas of improvement.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes and systems, ensuring consistent product quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Manage and maintain UL certifications, ensuring all products meet these standards.
• Oversee the production of PCBs, electronic assemblies, and sheet metal, ensuring high-quality output.
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure quality control processes are understood and followed.
• Use ERP systems to track and manage product quality data, generating reports as needed.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of IPC standards and ensure compliance across all manufacturing processes.
• Prepare for and participate in external quality audits and inspections.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
• Knowledge of implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience with quality inspections for PCBs and electronic assemblies.
